SALT Therapy

Hi, my name is Sunshine and I am licensed in Florida with over 20 years working with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, behavioral concerns in children, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, coping with life changes, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and executive and professional coaching. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! No matter what brings you to therapy my goal is to help you develop practical, realistic, and effective strategies for more successful living. I enjoy working with young children, older children, teenagers, and adults, LGBTQIA+, pre-marital couples, married/established couples, and families. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
